Ty Clyd is our family’s guest suite in the wing of our 18th century farmhouse just 400 yards from the Cymyran Straits.

It has its own front door & a lawn patio garden secluded by escallonia hedge with garden furniture & BBQ.

A beautifully furnished cottage suite with its own shower room &

views of the Cymyran Straits & Snowdonia Mountains.

In the sitting room are a library, TV/digital box/DVD/Video/, open log fire, modern storage heater,

window seat, double bed,  a two seater settee &

a mini-kitchen with a 2-plate electric hob, microwave, full-sized fridge with ice-box, toaster, kettle & cooker hood.

Facilities for dish washing are provided in the

spacious shower room which also has heated towel rails & an extractor fan.

This is a “No Frying Cottage” to avoid spoilage of the furnishings

Washing machine & freezer use by arrangement.  Parking beside the cottage.

Home-cooked ready made meals may be delivered to heat-up in your cottage if ordered well in advance.  Other ready made meals are available at Valley (2.5 miles), cooked breakfasts at the Gegin Fach in Four Mile Bridge (0.5 miles).

Eating Out

The White Eagle at Rhoscolyn (1.5 miles) is earning a reputation as one of the better eating houses on Anglesey,

with its specials board of fresh locally caught seafood & locally produced meat.

There are other eating houses in Trearddur Bay - The Inn on the Bay, the Seacroft, the Waterfront

& in Valley - the Valley Hotel, the Balti Indian Restaurant, Sukothai & the Bull Bach

Ty Clyd is about 1 ¾ hours from the M6/M56 interchange, along the North Wales coast & across the Isle of Anglesey
