INCLUDED IN RENTAL - bed linen, towels, tea towels, basket of logs, electricity for the storage radiators

All other electricity used payable by cheque on meter reading at end of stay

 

CANCELLATION INSURANCE including Redundancy Cover

included in weekly Full Rental & Early Bird holidays.  Also available as an Extra – 6% of total rental

 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - from £100.  Christmas & New Year from £150

 

EXTRA DOGS by arrangement only - plus £25 per week for each additional dog

 

EXTRA VISITORS - plus 10% of rental each additional visitor

 

EARLY BIRD HOLIDAYS available for 7 night bookings made 16 weeks in advance of arrival

Payment of total rental + damage deposit by CARD only at time of booking
